New Commander of the 51st Infantry Division Meets with the Hon. Governor

The newly appointed Commander of the 51st Infantry Division, Major General Rizvi Raseek, met and held discussions with the Hon. Governor of the Northern Province, N. Vethanayahan, at the Governor’s Secretariat this morning – on Wednesday, 22nd October 2025.
